Student Training Contract

This agreement is made on the date of the last signature provided by the parties below:

  1. In this Agreement, the following words are defined:
Agreementthis agreement for the provision of the Services (as defined below) including anyschedules;
Engagementthe engagement of the Trainer by the Student on the terms of this Agreement;
Effective Date 
Premises 
Servicesthe services to be provided by the colon hydrotherapy trainer
Coursethe number of confirmed days on which the job is undertaken as a whole, or in separateparts;

Trainer 
  
  
  1. In this Agreement, unless the context requires a different interpretation:
    1. the singular includes the plural and vice
    2. references to sub-clauses, clauses, schedules, or appendices are to sub-clauses, clauses,schedules, or appendices of this Agreement.
    3. a reference to a person includes firms, companies, government entities, trusts and
    4. "including" is understood to mean "including without ”
    5. reference to any statutory provision includes any modification or amendment of
    6. the headings and subheadings do not form part of this Agreement; and
    7. "Writing" or "written" will include fax and e-mail unless otherwise

 

Provision of Services

  1. The trainer shall provide the following Services to the Student:
    1. COLON HYDROTHERAPY FOUNDATION

 

  1. The course documents are to be sent to the student within a reasonable period before the trainingtakes place and, in any event, within fourteen working days where practicable.
  2. The training is to take place at times and dates to be agreed and confirmed by email.
  3. The trainer will provide the Services at the Premises (6 day’s practical) – 2 day’s theory is online.
  4. The trainer shall perform the Services with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with:
    1. generally recognised commercial practices and standards in the applicable industry; and
    2. all regulations applicable to the Services, including all regulations related to colon hydrotherapy as detailed by RICTAT and DHA if training is to be held in Dubai.
  5. Training dates may be subject to change due to insufficient bookings to enable a course to go ahead,this is an unlikely occurrence, and students will be given as much notice as practicable and offered analternative course

 

Term

  1. The Agreement begins on the Effective Date and will continue until the completion of the Services or until notice is given in accordance with the procedure set out in the section entitled 'Ending the agreement'.

 

Fees

  1. The student is responsible for the payment of

Fee breakdown is as follows:

Anatomy and Physiology level 4 access course if required - £500 Online colon hydrotherapy theory training-£750

Practical in clinic training-£2250 or One to One training - £2750

One-year RICTAT association membership- £180

  1. The student will receive an email confirming dates and payment methods etc. uponagreement of the Any payments for courses must be paid within 4 weeks of the date of the course. Payment can be made by BACS or card. Links will be supplied in the welcome email.
  2. Fees are non-refundable due to the preparation time required in the organization required for

 

Expenses

  1. The trainer is responsible for all costs associated with the provision of the training on site only- travel, accommodation and food are not included.

 

 

Ending the Agreement

  1. The student may end this Agreement with immediate effect if the trainer breaches any oftheir obligations under this Agreement.
  2. The trainer may end this Agreement with immediate effect if:
    1. the Fees are not

 

  1. the student breaches any of their obligations under this Agreement and has not or cannot put right that breach within a reasonable period (for the avoidance of doubt, thirty calendar days); or
  2. a student displays abusive, threatening or otherwise inappropriate
  3. The student fails to meet the prerequisites for the course, such as fitness to practice or the minimum qualification required or breaches the code of conduct.
  4. If the student fails to obtain DBS prior.
  1. The provision of Services may be suspended if:
    1. The trainer is suffering from an illness which may easily be passed on to others at the
    2. the student, or someone in the student’s household, is suffering from an illness which may easily be passed on to the trainer; or
    3. A tragic event beyond the trainers or students’ reasonable control compels them to abandon thecourse such as bereavement or illness. Evidence will be required. RICTAT board will have the final decision as to refunds or transfers.

 

Privacy

  1. The trainer respects the student’s privacy and complies with the GDPR with regard to thestudent’s

personal information.

General

  1. This Agreement contains the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersedes all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the Agreement. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  2. No party may assign, transfer or sub-contract to any third party the benefit and/or burden of the Agreement without the prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld) of the other party.
  3. No variation of the Agreement will be valid or binding unless it is recorded in writing and signed by or on behalf of both parties.
  4. This Agreement is not an employment contract and nothing in the Agreement will establish any employment relationship between the trainer and the student.
  5. To become a RICTAT qualified colon hydrotherapist, on completion of training, students will require a clean DBS check (to be obtained prior to starting training), Information Commissioners Office registration, valid insurance, a self-a premises inspection (conducted by the student themselves with anassigned checklist) and a first aid The afore-mentioned items are mandatory to subscribe to the training program.
  6. This agreement in no way guarantee of successful completion of the colon hydrotherapy trainingcourse or a successful pass or qualification as a colon hydrotherapist. All trainees will need to successfully pass both theoretical and practical training as examined by their training school and RICTAT.
  7. Should your trainer feel that they cannot pass off practical training, you may need additional training days to ensure you are up to Rictat standard. These will be organised at a date(s) and time(s) suitable to both parties and will be charged at £225 per day.
