I honestly cannot thank Erica enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my practical training with her - so welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly to me client focused!! I just didn’t want to leave.

I have recently spend two days with Erica doing a refresher colonic and herbal course. Erica was absolutely lovely, no question was too much and Erica is very knowledgeable and loves what she does. I felt really happy and confident to get back out into practice after the training. I loved working with the herbs and practicing the enemas as well as having different case studies to work with. I felt like I knew Erica before arriving as she had already taken the time to communicate with me before the course, the support continues after the course which is very reassuring knowing you are part of a community that is there to help. I did the Herbs and Enema training with Erica and it was absolutely fantastic. Erica is so knowledgeable and was great to learn different techniques and tools - she has a great way of explaining and no question was too much. I loved we were using pure natural herbs and mixing them freshly to use. Erica is a really warm person and gave me the confidence to be able to put what I learned into my own practice. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic 6 days of training!! I successfully passed my Foundation course in colonic hydrotherapy on the 9th December after an intensive 6 days training from one of the best trainers I’ve ever experienced in Erica Hartley. She was not only a brilliant teacher to myself and my fellow student but she is also one of the loveliest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was welcoming from day one and there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble. Her teaching method was so engaging and thorough and she encouraged us all the way keeping belief in our abilities even when we didn’t. If you are looking to train in colonic hydrotherapy then I would strongly recommend Erica at A New U. You’ll not be disappointed. 😊

I attended the Colon Massage & Herbal & Coffee enema training courses which were delivered by Erica. Both were really thorough, delivered well and enjoyable.
